Ingredients:
1 pound(s) ground beef
1 chopped onion
1 minced garlic clove
1 can(s) cream of mushroom soup
1 can(s) corn (drained)
1 can(s) green chilies
1 bag(s) frito chips (buy 2)
1 can(s) 10oz. enchilada sauce
1-2 cup(s) shredded co-jack cheese
Directions:
1. Brown Beef, onion, and garlic. Drain
2. Add soup, corn, & chilies; mix well
3. In ungreased shallow 9x13 pan, layer meat mixture, Fritos, ,and enchilada sauce.
4. Top with cheese.
5. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes or until heated through
