This is a quick, simple and delicious soup. Ingredients:
2 pounds velveeta cheese |
2 cans rotel tomatoes |
1 can pinto beans |
1 can black beans |
4 cups chicken broth, cut ito bite size pieces |
4 cooked chicken breasts |
1 package taco seasoning |
1 tablespoon butter |
salt & pepper, to taste |
green onions (for garnish) |
sour cream |
tortilla chips |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients and cook for 30 minutes over medium heat. 2. Top with green onions and sour cream. Serve with tortilla chips. |
