My family loves this recipe
Ingredients:
4-chicken breasts with ribs on
3-lrg russet potatoes(boiled,peeled and diced)
1-family pkg mixed frozen veggies
1-bag sweet frozen corn
1-small can herdez pickled jalapenoes
1-cup mayo
1-cup sour cream
sea salt and pepper
1/2 medium onion (diced)
4-garlic cloves(minced)
1-bottle tapitia sauce
1-ripe alvacodoe (sliced)
1-tomatoe(diced)
1-iceburg lettuce(sliced thinly)
sharp cheddar
1-pkg-corn torteas
Directions:
1. Bring chicken breasts to a boil then simmer for about 20 minutes
2. boil potatoes and peel and dice
3. bring mixed veggies and corn to a boil and and simmer and drain
4. in large bowl dice onion,mince garlic cut up 4 herdez jalapenos add a little juice too add shredded chicken,drained veggies and boiled potatoes diced...let cool then add mayo and sour cream,salt and pepper
5. in fry pan fry up corn torteas drain on paper towel
6. to assemble lay corn torteas down then spoon on chicken stuff (warm or cold )then add lettuce ,, tomatoe alvacodoe ,and sharp cheddar and top off with lots of tapitia hot sauce
