Ingredients:
1 can(s) black beans |
2 can(s) corn |
10 flour tortillas, sliced into 1 strips |
1.5 pound(s) ground meat |
4 cup(s) mixed shredded cheese |
1 onion, chopped |
2 cup(s) salsa |
1 cup(s) sour cream |
1/4 cup(s) taco sesoning |
1 cup(s) water |
Directions:
1. Brown meat with onion. Add seasoning and water. Bring to boil then simmer 10 min. 2. Spread a thin layer of salsa in casserole dishes, followed by a layer of tortillas. Top with all of the meat, corn and beans. Dot with sour cream and sprinkle with cheese. Top with remaining tortillas, salsa and cheese. 3. Bake 30 minues covered, then 5-10 minutes uncovered at 350. |
