Helps me stay healthy and still get my mexican fix! Ingredients:
2 cups mexican blend cheese |
4 ounces cream cheese |
3 eggs |
1/3 cup cream |
1/4 cup parmesan cheese |
5 ounces diced green chilies |
1 teaspoon chili powder |
1 lb lean ground beef |
1/4 chopped onion |
4 teaspoons taco seasoning |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Brown ground beef and onion. 3. Beat together cream cheese, and eggs till smooth. Stir in cream, parmesan, chilies, chili powder, taco seasoning, and half cheese. 4. Spray pie plate with pam. 5. Put beef in pan, sprinkle with rest of cheese, and pour egg mixture over. Bake 35 minutes. 6. Serve with salsa and sour cream. |
