From Dale DeGroff's The Craft of the Cocktail -a excellent cocktail book. States it can be served as a frozen drink, but double the amount of Kahlua and orange curacao.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 ounces light rum
1/2 ounce kahlua
1/2 ounce orange curacao
1 ounce cream
Directions:
1. Shake all the ingredients with ice and serve in a chilled cocktail glass.
