PUTS THE YUM IN FINGER FOOD
Ingredients:
1 onion (size dependent on tolerance)
grated cheese (amt dependent on cholesterol count)
1 or 1 large hot chilis
generous amounts of shredded lettuce
tabasco sauce
corn totillas
Directions:
1. DICE, CHOP, SHRED ONION, LETTUCE AND CHEESE
2. PUT IN SEPERATE BOWLS
3. HEAT CHILI IN WATTER TO BOIL
4. SIMMER
5. MINCE CHILIS
6. PREPARE TORTILLAS BY FRYING IN HOT BUTTER UNTIL WARM, DO NOT FRY UNTIL CRISPY
7. TEAR WARM TORTILLAS AND PLACE ON PLATTER
8. COVER TORTILLAS WITH DESIRED AMOUNTS OF ONIONS, CHEESE, LETTUCE AND CHILIS
9. BLASTING COMMENCES 1.5 TO 4 HOURS AFTER CUNSUMPTION
