Warm yourself up with this stew. Adjust the chili powder and taco seasoning to suit your taste. Ingredients:
2 lbs beef stew meat |
1 (28 ounce) can tomatoes with juice |
1 cup frozen small whole onions |
1 teaspoon chili powder (optional) |
1 (1 1/4 ounce) packet taco seasoning mix |
1 (15 ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained |
1 (11 ounce) can whole mexicorn whole kernel corn, drained |
Directions:
1. Mix first 4 ingredients in a 4 quart crock pot. 2. Cover and cook on low for 9-11 hours until beef is tender. 3. Add remaining ingredients and stir well. 4. Cover and cook on high for 15-30 minutes or until it reaches the desired consistency. |
