These are so good. Love these and make them often to go alongside hubby's Fajitas and my Spanish Rice. Enjoy Ingredients:
2 cups pinto beans |
1/4 cup chopped salt pork |
1 white onion chopped |
1/4 cup chili sauce |
2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce |
6 cloves garlic minced |
1 bunch cilantro chopped |
Directions:
1. Put beans in large pot then cover with water plus 2”. 2. Add salt pork and onion then cook for 1-1/2 hours. 3. Add ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, garlic and cilantro then 30 minutes longer. |
