black beans and pinto beans make great tasting soup. I calculate only 1 weight watcher point per 1/2 cup. Ingredients:
1 can pinto beans |
1 can black beans |
2 tablespoons roasted red peppers, from jar |
1 tablespoon onion powder |
1 tablespoon chili powder |
1 tablespoon cumin powder |
1 tablespoon garlic powder or 1 tablespoon garlic salt |
2 teaspoons lemon juice |
Directions:
1. Mix in saucepan heat to desired temperature. |
