1 1/2 cups flour |
1 tsp. baking powder |
1/4 tsp salt |
topping |
1 cup nuts (i like almonds or walnuts)chopped |
1 cup chocolate chips |
1 cup miniature marshmallows |
Directions:
1. Cream together shortening and 1 cup sugar till smooth. Add one whole 1 and 2 egg yolks (set egg whites aside). 2. Gradually add flour, baking powder and salt. 3. Spread in a 9 x 13 pan. 4. On top sprinkle nuts, chocolate chips and marshmallows. 5. Beat the 2 egg whites with 1 cup sugar and spread on top of the nut, chip and marshmallow mixture. 6. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes. 7. Cut while still hot - if you wait you might just have to eat the whole thing LOL |
