Mexican Baked Turkey Steaks

Ingredients:
2 tablespoon(s) butter or margarine
2 teaspoon(s) chili powder
4 ounce(s) diced green chiles
2 tablespoon(s) flour
1-1/4 pound(s) fresh turkey steaks
1/2 teaspoon(s) garlic salt
1 tablespoon(s) instant minced onion
1/2 cup(s) shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup(s) shredded monterey jack cheese
1 teaspoon(s) sugar
8 ounce(s) tomato sauce
1 teaspoon(s) vinegar
Directions:
1. Coat turkey with flour; shake off excess. Heat butter in large skillet over medium-high heat until melted. Cook turkey in butter until brown, about 5 minutes per side. Salt & pepper to taste.
2. Heat over to 350 degrees. Place turkey in 11X7 baking dish. Mix remaining ingredients except cheeses; pour over turkey. Cover and bake until turkey is tender and no longer pink, about 45 minutes (165 degrees internally); sprinkle with cheeses.
