Can't go wrong with potatoes Ingredients:
1 pound leftover ground beef |
4 medium baking potatoes |
4 tablespoons sour cream |
1 packet prepared taco seasoning |
3/4 cup water |
1 1/2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded |
1/4 cup sliced green onions |

Directions:
1. Pierce potatoes in several places. Cook in microwave oven on high for 11 to 13 minutes, turning once. Meanwhile, mix ground beef, taco seasoning and 3/4 cup water in a large non-stick skillet. Cook on medium high for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Slice open warm potatoes and gently break apart white flesh. Add 1/2 tablespoon of sour cream to each potato half. Top each potato with 1/4 of the taco beef, 1/4 of the Cheddar cheese and 1/4 of the green onions 2. . Serve with salsa. 3. The higher watt your microwave is the less time it take to nuke them, check your guide for minute needed to cook them |
