This dish is good for potlucks. It makes a lot, it's easy and you don't have to cook it just chill in the fridge. It's a good dish for the holidays. Ingredients:
2 cans bean dip |
2 large ripe avocados |
2 tablespoons lemon juice |
1 (8 oz) sour cream |
1/2 cup miracle whip |
1 pkg taco seasoning |
1 bunch green onions (chopped) |
3 large tomatoes (chopped) |
8 oz sharp cheddar cheese shredded |
2 small cans black olives |
Directions:
1. Grate avocados in bowl; add lemon juice and set aside 2. Mix 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon pepper with sour cream, miracle whip, and taco seasoning. Set aside 3. Spread bean dip in bottom of 9x13 dish 4. Layer in the following order: 5. Avocados 6. Sour cream mixture 7. Green onions 8. Tomatoes 9. Cheese 10. Black olives 11. Chill in refrigerator for 30 min to an hour before serving |
