Mexicali Pork Chops

Easy, colorful, very tasty. This is great with cornbread and salad.
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon butter
1 cup onion (sliced)
1/2 cup diced green pepper
1/2 cup diced red pepper
1 (16 ounce) can tomatoes
1 cup frozen whole kernel corn
1/2 teaspoon marjoram
salt and pepper
4 lean pork chops
Directions:
1. In heavy 12 inch skillet cook butter,onion and peppers about 5 minutes.
2. Add tomatoes, corn and marjoram and cook on high 5 minutes.
3. Transfer to a bowl and keep warm.
4. In same skillet brown chops.
5. Turn down heat.
6. Return veg.
7. mix, cover and cook on low for 15 minutes.
