Wanted to make a pasta salad that was not the same ole same ole.. if you dont like some of the ingredients just put the ones in you like. Ingredients:
1/2 cup chopped cucumber |
1 (8 ounce) box whole wheat spiral pasta, cooked |
1 (12 ounce) can rotel tomatoes, with cilatro undrained |
1 (12 ounce) can black olives, drained |
1 bunch spring onion, chopped |
1 cup sharp grated cheese |
1/2-1 cup cilantro lime salad dressing (newmans own) |
salt & pepper |
1 tablespoon chili powder |
chopped cilantro |
Directions:
1. Cook pasta following directions on box drain & rinse. mix in all ingredients. allow to chill stir before serving. |
