Wonderful paired with Baked Catfish A'La Meuniere (Baked Catfish A'la Meuniere) Ingredients:
3/4 cup butter |
2 tablespoons chopped shallots or 2 tablespoons green onions |
3 tablespoons lemon juice |
1/4 teaspoon white pepper |
1 dash soy sauce |
1 dash hot sauce (asian cock sauce perfect) |
Directions:
1. Saute shallots in portion of butter. 2. Add rest of butter & other ingredients. 3. Simmer 5 min. |
