Ingredients:
2 can(s) cream of chicken (or 1 can broth) |
2 can(s) water |
1/2 teaspoon(s) black pepper |
shortening |
flour |
ice water to consistency |
Directions:
1. Dumplings: Mix shortening and flour. Add ice water to achieve consistency. Use rolling pin to flatten into a thin sheet. Cut in strips 1/2 inch by 3 inches. 2. Soup: In large pot, combine cream of chicken soup, water, black pepper, and dumplings. Bring to a boil and simmer for 10-15 minutes. |
