You can also make a low-fat version of this that would be excellent! Chilling time is not included in prep. time. Ingredients:
8 ounces mesquite turkey, cubed |
6 ounces white cheddar cheese |
3/4 cup pecan halves |
3/4 cup sour cream |
1/2 teaspoon dijon-style mustard |
1/4 cup parsley, finely chopped |
Directions:
1. Finely chop turkey, cheese and pecans. 2. Mix in sour cream, mustard and parsley. 3. Refrigerate 3-4 hours for flavors to blend. 4. Serve with assorted vegetables and crackers. |
