Mesquite Apple Nut Muffin |

The best muffins you will ever taste. The mesquite adds a wonderful kind of cinnamon chocolate taste. Ingredients:
2 tbs mesquite flour |
1/2 cup whole wheat flour |
1/2 cup oat bran flour |
1/2 tsp baking soda |
1/2 tsp salt |
1/3 cup agave nectar |
1/8 cup coconut oil - unrefined |
1 tsp vanilla |
2 eggs |
1 apple cut |
1/4 cup chopped walnuts |
1/3 cup vanilla rice milk or reg milk |
Directions:
1. Set oven at 350 2. mix all three flours in a bowl with baking soda, salt, chopped walnuts 3. mix in an bowl 2 eggs slightly beaten, vanilla, milk, coconut oil, agave nectar, apple 4. mix both bowl ingredients together 5. oil cup cake tray with coconut oil helps remove muffin from tray easier |
