1 pound mesclun (mixed baby greens)*, rinsed and spun dry |
1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil |
1 1/2 tablespoons champagne vinegar* or other wine vinegar |
Directions:
1. In a large bowl toss mesclun with oil and drizzle with vinegar. Season salad with salt and pepper and toss. |
