Ingredients:
1 cup margarine |
1 cup brown sugar |
3 eggs, well beaten |
3 cups plain flour |
1 teaspoon cinnamon |
1 teaspoon baking soda |
7 cups pecans |
1/2 cup milk |
3/4 lb white seedless raisin |
6 slices crystallized pineapple (2 red, 2 green 2, yellow) |
2 cups dates, chopped |
2 cups cherries (1 red, 1 green) |
Directions:
1. Cream butter and sugar. 2. Add eggs, flour, soda and cinnamon. 3. Add milk then fruit mixture and nuts. 4. Drop tea- spoonful on greased cookie sheet. Bake 5 minutes at 300 degrees. 5. Makes more than a hundred. |
