This is a treasured adoptee. Here is Mermaid's original description of this recipe: This is a fast, delicious dip that is a definite crowd pleaser. This appetizer can easily be doubled or tripled to accomodate your guest list. Ingredients:
1 (8 1/2 ounce) can quartered artichoke hearts |
1 (4 ounce) can diced green chilies |
1 tablespoon mayonnaise |
1 -2 cup cheddar cheese |
Directions:
1. Drain artichoke hearts and chilies. 2. Mix together in glass bowl or pan with mayo. 3. Cover with cheddar cheese. 4. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted. 5. Serve with tortilla chips. |
