3 tablespoons meringue powder |
1/2 cup water |
1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar |
1/2 cup sugar |
Directions:
1. Beat meringue powder and 1/2 cup water at high speed with an electric mixer until foamy. Add cream of tartar, beating until soft peaks form. Gradually add sugar, 1 tablespoon at a time, beating until stiff peaks form. 2. Note: Meringue powder can be found at cake-decorating and craft stores. |
