Chicken salad with dried fruit and mixed with fat free balsamic and mayo.
Ingredients:
20 oz chicken breasts, par-boiled, chopped
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp garlic salt
1/4 cup dried cranberries, sweetened
1/4 cup dried peaches, sweetened
1/8 cup pine nuts
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp lemon juice
Directions:
1. Cook chicken breasts in w. sauce, garlic powder and garlic salt
2. Chop to desired consistency.
3. Add the rest of the ingredients.
4. Mix well
5. Chill in the refrigerator (or for a quick chill, stick in the freezer for 10 minutes)
