I have such a light hand that most pastries fall apart. This recipe is easy and perfect Ingredients:
1 lb lard |
2 teaspoons sugar |
2 teaspoons baking powder |
2 teaspoons salt |
1 cup hot water |
6 cups flour |
Directions:
1. 1/ Place lard in bowl and pour hot water over it an stir till melted. 2. 2/ Add dry ingreadients and blend by hand. Refrigerate till ready to use. |
