Ingredients:
2 and 1/2 cup(s) sugar |
1/2 teaspoon(s) salt |
1 teaspoon(s) lemon juice or lemon extract |
2 cup(s) butter softened |
1 and 1/2 teaspoon(s) vanilla |
4 cup(s) sifted cake flour |
10 eggs |
Directions:
1. Cream sugar, salt and butter together with mixer. Add eggs one at a time and beat in. Add flour gradually with the eggs. Beat well until smooth batter. Pour into greased and floured tube pan and cook at 325 degrees for one hour and twenty minutes or until done. |
