Ingredients:
3/4 cup(s) sugar |
2 tablespoon(s) flour |
1 pinch(s) salt |
1/2 cup(s) juice from can of cherries |
1 can(s) cherries |
2 tablespoon(s) butter softened |
2 unbaked pie shells top and bottom crust |
Directions:
1. Combine sugar, flour salt and stir in cherry juice. Cook until sauce appears clear. Place cherries in bottom of pie shell and dot with butter. Pour hot mixture over cherries. Cover with top crust and brush with cream or butter. Bake 15 minutes at 450 degrees then at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until browned. |
