slow baked roast Ingredients:
1 (5 -7 lb) pork roast |
1/3 cup salt |
1 cup worcestershire sauce |
1/2 cup fresh crushed garlic |
2 teaspoons lemon pepper |
1/2 cup water |
Directions:
1. Rub the roast down with salt (rub in good). Place in roasting pan and place garlic on top. Add worcestershire, water, and lemon pepper. Bake at 325 until meat falls apart, about 4 to 5 hours. |
