This makes a pretty holiday pie. For an added touch you can tint some coconut green and sprinkle it on top. Ingredients:
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk |
1/3 cup lemon juice |
1/3 cup flaked coconut |
1/3 cup chopped nuts |
1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained |
1 (12 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed |
1 (10 inch) pie crust, baked and cooled |
Directions:
1. Gently combine the sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice, coconut, chopped nuts and drained crushed pineapple. Fold in the whipped topping. Pour batter into the prepared pie shell(s). Refrigerate for several hours before serving. |
