A great recipe for a meatloaf, also great for cold sandwiches with sauerkraut or Dijon - yummmm Ingredients:
2 eggs |
3/4 cup milk |
2/3 cup seasoned bread crumbs |
2 teaspoons minced onions |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon sage |
1 1/2 lbs ground beef |
1/4 cup ketchup |
2 tablespoons brown sugar |
1 teaspoon ground mustard |
1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce |
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, combine first six ingredients. Crumble beef over mixture and mix well (mixture will be moist). 2. Shape into a round loaf and place in a greased loaf pan. Combine remaining ingredients and spread over top of meatloaf. 3. Bake in 350F oven for 1 hour. |
