So delicious! great served in a small dip sized crock pot Ingredients:
1 (14 ounce) can artichokes, drained and chopped |
3 garlic cloves, crushed |
1 teaspoon lemon juice |
1/3 cup parmesan cheese, grated |
1 cup mozzarella cheese, grated |
1 cup mayonnaise |
Directions:
1. Mix together in a microwave save dip and heat 1 minute at a time stirring after each minute. 2. Serve with tortilla chips, bagel chips or crackers. 3. Best to make it a couple of hours ahead so that the flavors can blend together. 4. Keep warm in small crock pot. |
