I've been making these chocolate chip cookies FOREVER! They're my fav ones to make! :) Sometimes I substitute 1/2 c. of graham cracker crumbs for 1/2 c. of the flour and put in butterscotch chips instead of chocolate chips-pretty tasty, too! Read more ! :) Enjoy! :) Ingredients:
3 1/2 c. ap flour |
1 c. light brown sugar |
1 c. baker's white sugar (i use c & h) |
2/3 c. margarine (i use parkay) |
2/3 c. shortening (i use crisco) |
2 tsp. pure vanilla |
1 tsp. salt |
1 tsp. baking soda |
2 eggs |
1 12 oz. pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips |
1/2 c. toasted hazelnuts (optional) |
Directions:
1. Cream margarine, shortening, sugars, eggs and vanilla together with an electric mixer. 2. Add dry ingredients; mix well. 3. Add chocolate chips. 4. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto an airbake cookie sheet. 5. Bake 350 degrees for about 8-10 min., or until light brown. 6. ENJOY! :) |
