Ingredients:
4 medium chicken thighs skinned & boned cut into bit size pieces |
1tbsp worstershire sauce |
1/4 pt water |
1tbsp rapeseed oil |
1x bag egg noodles |
1x bag fresh egg noodles |
1lge onion chopped |
6 spring onions chopped |
1/2 tsp sriracha hot sauce |
2 bell peppers cut into pieces |
2 medium heat green chillies seeds removed and chopped |
6 chestnut mushrooms sliced |
1pkt tesco's stir-fry sauce chilli,garlic & ginger |
Directions:
1. Add oil,garlic,worstershire sauce and sriracha sauce to wok and add sliced chicken till cooked and golden brown set aside to keep warm 2. Add stir-fry sauce, water add all veg except noodles and beansprouts cook until peppers and onions are soft 3. Return chicken to wok add noodles until they are hot, then add beansprouts about 1 minute before end of cooking to warm thro but stay crunchie 4. Serve on hot plates |
