Delicious, guilt-free Greek dessert. Ingredients:
4 eggs, slightly beaten |
15 ounces fat-free ricotta cheese |
1 cup honey |
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon |
2 tablespoons flour |
1 teaspoon lemon juice |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat eggs slightly. Add all other ingredients and beat together for 3 minutes. Spray 9-inch pie pan with nonstick cooking spray. Pour mixture into pan and place on middle oven rack. Bake for 1 hour or until surface of pie cracks and is puffed. Remove from oven and cool. Sprinkle with cinnamon. |
