1/2 cup lemon juice |
2 tablespoons caster sugar |
3 cups roughly chopped watermelon |
1 1/2 cups sparking mineral water |
Directions:
1. Combine lemon juice and caster sugar in a small saucepan. Stir over a low heat until sugar dissolves. Allow to cool. 2. Place watermelon, in batche in a food processor or blender and process until smooth. Strain through a sieve into a large jug. 3. Stir in lemon syrup and mineral water just beofre serving. |
