From the Graham Kerr Cookbook. Ingredients:
1 small cantaloupe |
3 tablespoons sour cream |
1 ounce preserved gingerroot, finely chopped |
2 tablespoons ginger syrup |
Directions:
1. Cut cantaloupe in half and remove seeds. 2. Combine chopped ginger and sour cream, and place in melon halves. 3. Drizzle syrup on top. |
