This really has a WOW response every time I make this...And it's so simple....I never really measured when making these so amounts are approximate. Ingredients:
12 slices prosciutto, sliced in half lengthwise |
1 honeydew melon, cut into 1 inch cubes |
1 cantaloupe, cut into 1 inch cubes |
fresh mint leaves |
balsamic vinegar |
Directions:
1. On a skewer, thread end of a prosciutto slice, 1 mint leave, 1 piece of cantaloupe, 1 piece of honeydew, and another mint leave. 2. Weave prosciutto around melons and secure other end of slice onto the skewer 3. Repeat until ingredients are on skewers 4. Place on large serving plate 5. Drizzle with Balsamic vinegar |
