A simple appetizer with non-traditional mixture of ingredients Ingredients:
1 canteloupe/spanish melon/muskmelon in 1 chunks |
2 c. of black olives (preferably not pitted and oil-packed) |
1 med. red onion (peeled, sliced in 1/4 half-rings) -- optional |
Directions:
1. Mix loosely in serving bowl or in small bowls 2. Serve with forks or toothpicks. (and a dish for the pits) |
