This recipe comes from the 2003 cookbook, Slim Smoothies. Ingredients:
1 cup orange juice |
1 cup cantaloupe, diced |
1 cup fresh apricot, diced |
1 cup fresh mango, diced |
1/2 cup nonfat sugar-free lime yogurt |
Directions:
1. Place ingredients in a blender & mix until smooth. 2. Pour into 2 glasses & enjoy! |
