These are delicious! My husband's favorite. These don't last long at our house! Ingredients:
3/4 cup m&m's chocolate candy |
1 cup peanut butter |
2 eggs |
1 cup brown sugar |
2/3 cup granulated sugar |
1 1/4 teaspoons baking soda |
3 cups quick oats |
5 tablespoons softened butter |
3/4 teaspoon white corn syrup |
3 ounces chocolate chips |
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract |
Directions:
1. In large bowl, combine sugars, eggs, butter, corn syrup, vanilla, soda, and peanut butter.
2. Fold in oats and M&M candies.
3. Drop 2 T of dough on ungreased cookie sheet 3 apart.
4. Bake 8-10 minutes at 350 degrees.
5. Cool completely before removing from cookie sheet. Cookies will be soft and will firm while cooling.
6. Store in air tight container.
