Very delicious recipe! A big hit at family gatherings and pot luck luncheon's. Requested frequently =) Ingredients:
1 (8 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach |
1 (15 ounce) can artichoke hearts |
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened |
1/2 cup sour cream |
1/2 cup mayonnaise |
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese |
1 garlic clove |
Directions:
1. Cream together cream cheese, mayo, sour cream, Parmesan, and garlic until well blended. Drain spinach well. Rinse artichokes and chop using food processor. 2. Fold in artichokes and spinach into creamed mixture. Spread into greased baking dish. 3. Bake 20-25 minutes at 350 degrees or until top is lightly browned. 4. Serve warm with bread or crackers. |
