Directions:
1. Onion Souffle
2. Bag frozen/chopped onions (10 oz Bird’s Eye bag or 12 oz Ore Ida bag)
3. – 8 oz packages of block cream cheese (room temp)
4. Cups Shredded Parmesan cheese (I use real shredded parmesan, not Kraft grated)
5. 1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
6. Mix all ingredients with hand mixer and pour into casserole dish. Bake at 400 for 15 to 20 minutes until edges start to bubble. Broil the last minute or two so the top is golden.
