Melanies Perfect Pumpkin Bread

No fail, moist, sweet pumpkin bread that makes your home smell like Christmas anytime of the year!
Ingredients:
3 1/2 cups sifted all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. allspice
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
3 cups sugar
2/3 cup water
1 cup oil
5 eggs, beaten
1 16-ounce can pure pumpkin
1 cup chopped pecans (optional)
Directions:
1. Grease two 9x5x3-inch loaf pans, OR 5 mini-loaf pans, OR 1 bundt pan
2. In a large bowl, mix all dry ingredients.
3. Blend in the water and oil, and mix in the eggs.
4. Blend in the pumpkin, and optional pecans.
5. Divide batter between pans.
6. Bake at 350' for 1 hour - loaf pans (less for other pans listed) until toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
7. Cool in pans.
8. Loaves freeze well.
