Melanie's Coconut Shrimp recipes
Ingredients:
1 oz large shrimp or 1 oz medium shrimps
1 cup of shredded coconut
1 tsp of sea salt
1 tsp of black pepper
1 cup of coconut milk
shrimps cocktail
1/2 tsp ketchup
1/2 tsp hot pepper sauce
1 tsp of lemon juice
1/2 cup of horseradish finely shreddedd
Directions:
1. add 1 cup of shredded coconut , 1 tsp sea salt , 1 tsp of black pepper and all the dry ingredients together , drop the shrimp in the coconut milk and drop in the coconut add on the cake pan to bake the coconut shrimp to bake and mix all the ingredients ketchup,hot pepper sauce, hot pepper sauce ,horseradish finely shreddedd and mix in to the medium bowl
