Serve as a side or even a breakfast. Delicious. Ingredients:
2 eggs; beaten |
1/2 cup plain yogurt |
1/3-cup grated carrot |
1 tsp garlic |
1 tbsp parsley |
1/2 tsp basil |
1/2 tsp oregano |
2 1/4 cups bisquit mis |
6 eggs |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350F. 2. Mix all of the ingrediants together EXCEPT for the 6 eggs. 3. Grease a 6 cup muffin tin. 4. Spoon a couple of tablespoons of batter into each cup. 5. Break an egg in each muffin cup 6. Divide the remaining batter over eggs 7. Bake immediantly for 20-25 minutes, or until golden. 8. Refrigerate any leftovers 9. Reheat in microwave |
