I couldn't decide if I wanted burritos or nachos, so I made my own concoction. This dip is very easy and makes great leftovers! Ingredients:
2 (16 ounce) cans refried beans |
6 ounces cream cheese |
2 lbs ground beef |
2 (1 1/4 ounce) packets taco seasoning or 1/2 cup taco seasoning |
1 1/2 cups water |
1/2 cup sour cream |
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped |
lettuce, chopped |
cheddar cheese |
green onion |
black olives, sliced |
roma tomato, diced |
tortilla chips |
Directions:
1. Cook ground beef, drain. 2. Add taco seasoning and water to meat, heat through. 3. While meat is cooking, mix together refried beans and cream cheese, heat in microwave. 4. Spread beans on the bottom of a 13x9 inch pan. 5. Spread seasoned beef over the beans. 6. Spread sour cream over beef. 7. Sprinkle cilantro on sour cream. 8. Top with desired amounts of lettuce ,cheese, tomatoes, green onion and olives. 9. Serve with tortilla chips. 10. top-[tomato, green onion, sliced olives. 11. -Cheese. 12. -Lettuce. 13. -Cilantro. 14. -Sour cream. 15. -Seasoned beef. 16. bottom-[Beans and cream cheese. |
