This recipe comes courtesy of my friend Megan from work. Thanks Meg! Sounds great!!!! :-) Ingredients:
1 (24 ounce) can chicken broth |
1 (15 ounce) package broccoli, chopped |
1 cup rice, uncooked |
1/4 cup spaghetti sauce |
parmesan cheese, grated |
Directions:
1. Let the broth come to a boil; add the broccoli, rice and spaghetti sauce. 2. Let it simmer 10 minutes. Garnish with 1 tablespoon of grated parmesan cheese on each serving. 3. You can double or triple the recipe very easily. 4. ENJOY! |
