Mega Egga Macaroni Salad From Big Daddys House |

Had this at our friends' house a couple of weeks ago, and it is awesome. Recipe says 6 servings, but, it really makes about 10. Gonna have to catch some re-runs of Big Daddy's House, new season starting in Jan. Read more . 09. Ingredients:
2 pounds elbow noodles |
12 hard boiled eggs, peeled and diced |
1/2 onion, finely diced |
4 celery stalks, finely diced |
1/4 cup pickle relish (dill) |
3 cups heavy mayonnaise (kraft real mayo) |
2 tablespoons salt |
1 teaspoon coarsely cracked black pepper |
dash hot sauce |
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce |
Directions:
1. Directions 2. In a large pot with salt, boil pasta for 12 to 15 minutes until cooked. Stir often. 3. Drain and cool. 4. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. 5. In a large pot with a dash of salt, add eggs on medium high heat. Bring to a boil. 6. Cover and remove from heat. 7. Let eggs sit for 6 to 7 minutes. 8. Remove eggs and shock in ice water. 9. Once thoroughly cooled, peel eggs and roughly dice. 10. Place pasta in a large bowl. 11. Add onions, celery, eggs, relish, mayonnaise, salt and pepper, hot sauce and Worcestershire. 12. Mix until well combined. |
