Mediterranean Tuna / Swordfish |

A delicious recipe passed from friend to friend so I have no idea where it originated. Time does not include 8 hours marinating time. Ingredients:
6 tuna steaks (or swordfish) |
1/2 cup olive oil |
1/2 cup boiling water |
2 lemons, juiced |
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar |
1 tablespoon brown sugar |
2 teaspoons crushed garlic |
1/4 cup sun-dried tomato |
2 teaspoons dried basil |
3 teaspoons grainy mustard |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients and liquidize. 2. Pour over fish and marinate approximately 8 hours. 3. Grill fish and serve immediately. |
