Mediterranean Tuna / Swordfish

A delicious recipe passed from friend to friend so I have no idea where it originated. Time does not include 8 hours marinating time.
Ingredients:
6 tuna steaks (or swordfish)
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup boiling water
2 lemons, juiced
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon brown sugar
2 teaspoons crushed garlic
1/4 cup sun-dried tomato
2 teaspoons dried basil
3 teaspoons grainy mustard
salt and pepper
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients and liquidize.
2. Pour over fish and marinate approximately 8 hours.
3. Grill fish and serve immediately.
